Melaura offers ingredient education, product scanning, routine suggestions, dupe matching, and progress tracking personalized by skin tone, with extra care for melanin-rich skin.

Melaura is for educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Not medical advice

Content in Melaura is general skincare education, not medical or dermatological advice.

Always patch test new products and consult a licensed dermatologist for persistent or serious skin concerns.

Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in Melaura.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including exceeding scan rate limits or attempting to disrupt our API.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our API.

You may not use Melaura for unlawful purposes or to upload harmful content.

Ingredient scan limits apply per account per day to ensure fair access for all users.

Intellectual property

Melaura, its branding, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of photos and data you create in the app.

Disclaimers

Melaura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that ingredient analysis, dupe matches, or routine suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your skin.

Product information and pricing in the dupe finder are estimates and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melaura and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
